With over 20 years of experience working therapeutically with clients, I work with adults, teenagers, and groups to support them in making meaningful, positive changes to their lives.
As an MSc level practitioner, I draw on my training in a wide range of psychological tools and techniques to carefully tailor each individual or group session. Whether working one to one or facilitating group sessions, the service I provide is unique and bespoke.
I am dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals by providing a safe, compassionate and supportive environment.
My services include using elements of established techniques drawn from my training and background in - motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment coaching, organisational and occupational development and youth and community work.
As a senior member of the ACCPH (Association for Councillors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) I also offer supervision to life coaches. For more information about this service, please contact me.
I am based in Jersey, Channel Islands and all sessions are available either face to face or online. I offer a free 30min no obligation phone call to talk though your plans and hopes for coaching to ensure we are a good fit.
One to one coaching with me is a personal and empowering journey. You will gain the tools and confidence to create real change in your life. Using a blend of trusted and evidenced based techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment coaching, we will work together to support you in breaking down barriers, to shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and developing new habits.
In a relaxed, positive environment, we will work together to help you move forward with clarity and purpose. Whether you are wanting support to manage anxiety or stress or if you are looking to make positive lifestyle changes, it would be a pleasure to support you in making it happen.

Alongside my qualifications in psychology, I hold a JNC recognised qualification in Youth Work and have experience of working with and supporting young people aged 12-18 from a variety of backgrounds. I offer youth coaching that draws on this experience using evidence based tools and techniques to help young people navigate the challenges they face.
Youth coaching meets young people where they are, supporting them in understanding their emotions and working towards their personal goals. Whether it’s about school, relationships, or building self-confidence, I create a safe and supportive space for young people to explore and grow. I am fully DBS checked and deeply committed to safeguarding principles, ensuring that all sessions are conducted with the highest level of care and responsibility.

Ideal for groups of two or more people either facing the same challenge or wanting to achieve the same goal. I offer group or team coaching sessions tailored to the specific needs of the group. These sessions are designed to be engaging and insightful, using evidence-based tools, techniques, and thought provoking discussions to encourage growth and collaboration. With extensive experience in facilitating and managing group sessions, I thrive on the dynamic energy that comes from working with groups, helping individuals connect, learn from each other, and move towards their shared goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

I offer workshops and events either face to face or online, including themes on anxiety management, motivation to change, identifying and accepting emotions, and much more.
These sessions are designed to provide practical, evidence-based strategies in an engaging and supportive environment. Whether you are looking to manage stress, understand your emotions better, or find the motivation to make positive changes, these workshops are open to anyone ready to grow and learn. Each event is tailored to provide valuable insights and tools that you can take away and apply in your everyday life.
