Cancellation Policy

I value your time and commitment to your personal development. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, I have the following cancellation policy in place:

• 24-Hour Notice Required – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment slot to someone else.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows – If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be charged. No refunds will be available in these cases.

• How to Cancel or Reschedule – To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me via email: kerrie@elementsjersey.co.uk as soon as possible.

• Exceptional Circumstances – I understand that emergencies happen. In certain cases, I may waive the late cancellation fee at discretion. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Cancellation of a session – If you are unable to attend a session, you will receive all course material for that session via email or in paper the following session. No refunds are available for an unattended session as part of a course. 

• Your deposit – Your deposit for any course is non-refundable
• Full Payment - Full payment for the course you have booked on is kindly requested 1 week prior to the course starting

• If a session is postponed by the facilitator – If for unforeseen circumstances a session in a course is postponed by the facilitator, you will be offered another date to attend. If this is not suitable, you will be offered a refund for the postponed session only (the cost of the full course divided by the number of sessions)
